

Adam Goffstein's primary focus is protecting victims and their families in areas of personal injury, wrongful death, consumer fraud, state and local tax errors, pharmaceutical litigation, medical implant litigation, auto/trucking accidents, commercial litigation, product liability, employment law, and premises liability.Mr. Goffstein's cases have been featured in many periodicals, newspapers, and television news programs including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, St Louis Post Dispatch, ABC, NBC, and CNBC.Mr. Goffstein has been an adjunct law professor at Washington University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, The Lawyers Association, The Colorado Bar Association, The Utah Bar Association, and The Missouri Bar Torts Committee. Mr. Goffstein is admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri, state of Colorado, state of Utah, and various United States District Courts throughout the country. Adam M. Goffstein is a native of St. Louis. He graduated from the University of Colorado - Boulder and the University of Missouri School of Law.
