Adam Goffstein's primary focus is protecting victims and their families in areas of commercial fraud, personal injury, wrongful death, tax, pharmaceutical litigation, medical implant and malpractice litigation, auto/trucking accidents, commercial litigation, employment law, premises liability, abuse by employers/clergy, and product liability.

 

Mr.Goffstein's cases have been featured in many periodicals, newspapers, and television news programs, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, St Louis Post-Dispatch, ABC, NBC, and CNBC. 

 

Mr. Goffstein has served as an adjunct law professor at Washington University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, the Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Utah Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Torts Committee. Mr. Goffstein is admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri, the state of Colorado, the state of Utah, and various United States District Courts throughout the country. Adam graduated from the University of Colorado - Boulder and the University of Missouri Law School. Mr. Goffstein began his career under trial attorney Charles M. Shaw.

Adam has been appointed lead class counsel by both Federal and State Courts to represent millions of class members in litigation in numerous class action cases. He has successfully represented consumers in class actions and other cases against some of the country's biggest retailers and corporations, obtaining court approval and awards for his clients exceeding $25,000,000.00.  

Adam has also represented thousands of clients on numerous mass tort cases, including Fen Phen litigation in 2:12-md-01203-HB, In Re: Diet Drugs; and mesh litigation WVS/2:12-md-02327, In Re: Ethicon, Inc.
